I did it!!! Feeling great! Feeling lighter! More energy! I would have written sooner, but was on a camping trip with the 8th graders. This cleanse was great and very much worth every craving and preparing. I also lost 10 pounds. Hopefully this number will increase now that I have a jumpstart. Thanks Jay (again) for all your help and wisdom!!!!
